Houston Highway Credit Union members don’t want excessive fees making them credit union victims.  The minimum balance required to avoid fees should changed from the current $3000, back to the $5 it was before October 1, 2014.  This fee is greedy and something more like what a bank would do.  Houston Highway Credit Union is a credit union and needs to act like one.
