Houston Highway Credit Union President CEO Craig Atkinson has brought the members bad policies such as excessively high balances of $3000 required to avoid a monthly fee.  This is greedy and unnecessary.  Why does Atkinson feel like sticking it to the members in this way?  Houston Highway is a credit union, not a bank, so why the bank-like fees?
